Heanhu International Hotel

I stayed at this hotel seven years ago, and the service, environment, and facilities were much better back then, so I booked again this time. Perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, for example, the central air conditioning was quite noisy, the equipment was generally outdated, the plants and trees hadn't been trimmed, and the lobby lights weren't working.

The air conditioning was faulty, the fish tank wouldn't fill with water, but the front desk service was okay.

I was surprised to see how old it had become after just a few years. The cleaning was poor, with dust everywhere. However, the breakfast was better than before, with a strong local flavor. The only downside was that the fried dough sticks were soggy and not very tasty.

Having stayed at this hotel multiple times, I found the facilities outdated and never upgraded. The swimming pool has been under constant repair. My recent stay here was also very disappointing. The air conditioning in the lobby wasn't turned on in winter, and the banquet pricing was opaque. I asked to see the menu multiple times, but they didn't respond until the food was served. This is a serious negative review. I hope the hotel can improve its management and staff quality, bringing honor to Ganyu.

The surrounding environment was nice, but the facilities were old, even the washbasin was cracked. I only stayed one night and didn't want to stay any longer.

The old hotel had a strong odor in the rooms. When I checked in at night, the lobby lights were already off. The biggest problem was the air conditioner; it was extremely noisy. I couldn't sleep with it on, and it was stuffy when it was off. I managed to sleep for about three hours with the air conditioner off.
