Staff very helpful and friendly. Check-in quick and hassle-free.
Room was very clean and functionally equipped! Towels always fresh, clean and soft!

Room is big enough. Bed is comfortable and the bedding is clean. The service is good, there is immediate help in case of problems.

房間比較大，據服務員説是給升級了的。不過有幾點不太好：1.別的酒店都可以下午2點退房，這家卻堅持12點，最多不超過13點；2.洗衣房雖然有，但是晚上卻不開，人家不都是晚上洗完澡才去洗衣服嗎？3.早餐品種不太多，不過吃飽是沒問題；4.鐘點房衹能開到下午4:30，可攜程上寫的可以到6點，前台給的理由是打掃衞生的阿姨4:30下班。

服務態度極其惡劣，進屋床單被罩上都是黑色的點，給前台打電話，説了這個情況，前台還不錯，告訴讓大姐來看看，來了之後，這位大姐冷冷的説哪有東西，我説你看那被罩床單，來了句那是墨水點，不影響，床單被罩是直接接觸皮膚的，告訴我不影響，緊接着那我就給你換唄，我在屋裡站着，上來碰了我一下，來了句靠邊？這就是你家找大姐的素質？身為遼源人，沒見過遼源人素質這麼低的，我跟老公出差的，就沒有計較過多，真是不能用服務態度不好來形容，那是極其惡劣，惡劣到一定程度？欠你錢？我沒説消費就是大爺、這個東西都是平等的，你這麼跟我説話有毛病吧，建議去醫院看看是不是哪有問題了！

服務態度蠻好的，本來看評論好像不太好的樣子，抱着試試的心態來的，出乎意料，前台服務很好，貼心告訴洗衣房，早餐在哪裡，讓阿姨送了個洗漱用品，也很貼心問還需不需要別的東西，其實我衹能説，服務行業也是人，別老是消費者就是爹一樣，自己工作不也跟孫子一樣，何必呢，而且也沒像其他評論説的內樣，我不是拖，我衹是實話實説，下次還會住麗峯

除了地理位置好一點旁邊有大潤發超市，必勝客餐廳剩下沒啥優點，服務差，衞生差不管是前台還是保潔那叫一個態度生硬我滴天全程沒笑臉，不知道的以前欠她們錢呢

1616房間冷，晚上八點以後停電停了好幾次，來來回回的停電來電，嚴重影響休息，酒店自助洗衣房由於時間忙，請求酒店前台服務員幫助溝通協助自助洗衣，酒店不提供服務，房間內冰箱噪音大影響睡眠休息，酒店隔音不好，能清晰聽到隔壁房間説話及夜生活聲音，早餐水果單一，早上7點就餐沙拉醬表面就已經風乾，蔬菜沙拉不新鮮，洗手間隔音不好，半夜樓上樓下洗澡流水聲嚴重影響休息
