首先，這是一次很差的入住體驗，作為一名酒店職業經理人，很負責任的告訴大家，這是一傢俬人小老闆經營的一個飯店＋客房的項目（意思是，不怕你投訴，不怕你反饋到OTA平台，無論怎樣，人家都無所謂！！！你愛投訴就投訴你的去！！）：
1. 客房：①洗澡水忽冷忽熱，稍不注意就挨燙，尤其是帶小朋友出行的家庭要特別注意！②衞生極差，衞生間馬桶都不清理乾淨，坐便墊也是活動的！③吹風機想拖拉機一樣的聲音，還不吹風！
2. 餐飲：宰人！宰人！宰人！老闆娘親自點餐時主動説的，燜鍋雞你們三口吃不了一鍋，我幫你們點半份吧！結果結賬時按整份收，一鍋雞頂多看見十塊肉，肉又柴，味道也不好吃！點完菜人家老闆娘去睡覺了，我們按全款買單，晚上回來去餐廳碰到她，蓋不承認中午點餐推薦半份燜鍋雞的事情，毫無信任可言！體驗感非常不好。
再説説好的部分：①前台兩個小女孩的服務還是蠻不錯的，熱心，笑容。②酒店距小七孔西門2公里，有專車接送，這點還是蠻好的。

一家人比較晚才到，暑假旺季出遊，還好遇到這麼温馨舒適的酒店，還熱心幫我們升級了親子房，小朋友們好開心完全是這次旅程最愛的房間，房間超大舒服，在小孔鎮這邊的酒店，距離景區很近，還包接送，房間真的很大很舒服， 家裡小孩都住的很開心，周邊有許多特色小吃，烤斑鳩值得一嘗。酒店裝修風格簡約大方，房間內乾淨整潔。

荔苑酒店位於荔波小七孔高速路口的主道上，下高速後幾百米就到，酒店的規模是整條街最大的，酒店門口有自己的大型停車場和老漁村飯店。廣東的美女老闆娘熱情好客，推薦的菜品味道都很好。酒店房間空間很大，床被乾淨整潔很舒服。

整體這個酒店還是比較乾淨，老闆娘也比較熱情，在那個市場的旁邊，晚上的話也比較愛安靜。那個硬件沒有想象的那個好。服務還是挺好的。這還有車子接送。

這家酒店的房間相當不錯，價格不高，面積很大，用屏風隔開客卧分區，有兩個很大的沙發。老闆娘很熱情，我們去景區都來回接送。賓館門前有個大院子，自駕的朋友停車很方便。對了，他們家的飯菜也特別好吃。想去荔波旅遊的可以選擇她家，不會踩坑哦。
