We stayed here for 5 days & the staff were very friendly & hospitable. It’s a lovely position with views down to the town & sea . The staff looked after us & spoke good English which was very useful. Michele makes the best hot chocolate on site . The superior room was a good size & there was a kettle & small fridge in the room . The breakfast was a bit limited as I eat all grains except wheat . There were cakes & croissants & choice if you eat wheat . There were scrambled eggs most mornings & sometimes bacon . The coffee was very good.. The bed was a little firm but they put a blanket underneath which improved it . The building is very grand from the outside & there are plenty of seating areas outside.. Licata itself is quite rundown & not a tourist area which was good to see the reality . The best ice cream is at Dolce Vita which sadly we missed as we were there at the end of the season . Also there is a Conad supermarket which sells everything!

Mary wonderful. Very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, dogs are rendered.💩 Beautiful as a structure, but back 20 years. Like bathrooms. Dark wood, broken or without handle! Room entrance door that can go down with a spawn. Very noisy refrigerator. Lunch room, no noise, no noise more, to cry! Mensa! If you want to relax, it is isolated from everything Licata brutella, so not a tourist place. If it had not the store inside the building, it would be even worse the swimming pool. We should all learn to greet, except the shoppers, people in good manner and gentle. Sorry because the view of the bay is notable, but there is to work and fix!!!! Force and courage!!!

Il resort rinnovato ha guadagnato parecchi punti. Il personale si è confermato gentile e tanta attenzione alla pulizia. In particolare ho notato un miglioramento nel tenere ordinata la spiaggia. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere Pepito e lo staff che sotto il sole cocente metteva in ordine la spiaggia. Tutti servizi sono al TOP, purtroppo (non è un problema della struttura) la maggior parte delle persone pensano che ai pranzi e alle cene il cibo possa finire e vi assicuro non finisce mai, vi prego mettete un cartello così magari viene recepito!!!. Altra nota dolente, mai capitata da nessuna parte, abbiamo subito i seguenti furti: - asciugamano bluserena sul mio lettino mentre facevo sport (la reception ce ne ha regalati 3) - infradito di mio marito in spiaggia - bracciale pandora di mia figlia con tutti i charms lasciato sempre in camera (non in cassaforte) Brutta esperienza tutto nel giro di due settimane, ma da chi è frequentato questo posto!?. Neanche la direzione sapeva cosa dirci se non .... si è in tanti può succedere! noi siamo rimasti scioccati dalla risposta. Potrebbero essere utili delle telecamere come deterrente. Concludo confermando l'alto livello di tutta l'animazione, Polidoro grandissimo, il responsabile del Serenino Calogero è incredibile e bravissimi Diego e Angel. Siamo rimasti scottati ma il Bluserena offre i servizi migliori per le famiglie.
