Just had one night here. Everything perfect, parking at multi storey next door good value. Had 2 x £10.99 breakfasts which were brilliant. Cooked food tasty and hot, Chef Tracey is excellent providing poached eggs on demand and ensuring all food met our expectations.

Warm comfy bed but cold breakfast due to the dining room being so cold from the front entrance door. We had to get our coats from the room and top coffee up with hot water as was luke warm

We stayed over Christmas in a family room. The hotel now has a person free check in - via a touch screen. The room we stayed in smelt very musty we later found significant amounts of mould but could not find anyone to report this to until we checked out and a kind lady in the dinning area gave us a card to complain to guest relations- which we did - this was a very poor experience- the focus of blam was on us!! We hadn’t reported to someone- THEREs NO ONE at reception but a screen . Well done Priemier inn for avoiding your duty to care!!! Very poor experience unlike any previous time at a Premiere inn that had a reception!!

Although the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean, we did not sleep well on either of our two nights because of Premier Inn's policy of not having any windows in the bedroom that can be opened, and depending on air being re-circulated throughout the hotel. Fresh air is definitely better than recycled air to enable one to have a good night sleep. Premier Inn needs to take this constructive feedback seriously, please.
