We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in a junior suite for three adults plus our puppy with a sea view and balcony. The staff are brilliant being very professional, engaging and highly efficient. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is great including room service and there are loads of free extras including car parking, bikes, tennis etc. The beach is a short walk across one road and the area is quiet. We have had a fabulous time at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to all friends and family who want to visit Tuscany and experience something very special. We stayed in this hotel for the third time and always during the carnival period. I like the hotel very much, from the outer hills, the presence of the lift to the rooms. Simply, sober and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent for the sea, a little away from the Carnival of Viaggio, but the walk is pleasant. European breakfast, good and with several sweets. nice and available staff, always present. Excellent quality price. The rooms are a bit dedicated, but all useful and functional. I really didn't like the pictures in the rooms (but it's not a key thing!). The room was very warm, even with the winds on the cold, and the winds of the bathroom were very noisy, until they were shut off, and I feared that the neighbors would be bothered.
