If you are planning to book this hotel, you better think carefully. Because I have never seen worse service and communication. I spent 3 hours emailing with the manager, the manager was rude and horrible in English and in the end he booked the wrong room and didn't want to change it, just cancelled our reservation and said we should go to another hotel. And this was after we started asking him clarifying questions about the room. Check this out. There is a 40m room on the website. Look there in the options is no air conditioning, and the manager said to me that there is and even pressured me to say where I saw it. I showed him on the screenshots, where I saw the air conditioner, He ignored this and booked us a room that does not fit. I started to find out why this is so and whether it is possible to change the room? The manager again was rude, took off my reservation by himself, I did not ask him about it, decided for me as I am better. As a result, I spent 3+ hours on communication and another 2 hours searching. If you want to lose nerves, time and money - then this hotel is for you.
