Very nice service. There was only a slight problem with opening the front door in the morning (an instruction would have been useful).

The host was relatively accommodating and allowed us to access the 10 a.m. accommodation at no additional cost.

Booked 2 nights with a vivabox, received a friendly welcome on arrival, but we no longer serve breakfast sir, no more food... but have a drink in the bar this evening instead of breakfast... yes, hello, what a compensation... then room on the 2nd floor sir....elevator not working...hupla...once in the room, when you enter it smells musty,...just white walls, a nicely made bed and a small TV on the wall, in the night lights had no lamps in them!!° We went downstairs to clean our ears and we wanted our money or receipt back, we received the answer I pass it on to the management, I say no way, give us the number and I call at them, wow, the friendly lady was suddenly a completely different person, shouting, ranting and breaking up with us, I said OK, I'll call the police, she laughed at me, OK, now I'll call my lawyer to see what I should do, then she threw quickly send my receipt to our heads...so people be warned this is a complete scam!!!!

We stayed from 8 to 10, the hotel is far from what we expected, we can hear everything that is happening in the hotel, the towels not changing, electricity problem risk of electrocution. Obligation to get up for lunch before the person who takes care of his part... just disappointing I would not recommend to my relatives and friends.

I think that reservations with Wonderbox have an impact on the reservation, the rooms in the photos above correspond NOTHING to what we were given. Dirty, smell of sweat, uncomfortable mattress, dusty and really dilapidated. Let's not even talk about the breakfast at 14.90 euros extra where you receive two couques, a roll, all very industrial and the icing on the cake, if you want eggs, cook them yourself. I have never been so amazed to see so little service and such a poorly maintained room. Please take them out of the Wonderbox catalog... This is for me a place where room rental should be prohibited.

15-20 minutes walk from Guillemins train station or the city center. The hotel is correct, clean and in a quiet area. I am removing one star because the elevator and TV are out of service and the insulation between rooms is very average.

Hotel very well located, not far from the city center. Ideal for transit. No air conditioning in the rooms, which means that during heat waves, it is unlivable. Clean room, with a kitchen area. Street parking (paid). I recommend

We were very well received when we arrived in the evening, but we were very, very disappointed with the room. Hot water just 2-3 minutes in the evening but also in the morning and in addition a broken flush. No one at reception, no one on the phone. We sent emails and messages on their FB site before publishing this message in order to obtain compensation but we never had a response...
