Hotel Bella Venezia Mare

I would like to point out that I have been travelling for work for 30 years always in hotels, I chose this hotel for the reviews, most of the services are excellent, but I cannot give a passing grade for the following reasons: 1 after three days and leaving on the fourth it is not acceptable not to have a change of towels especially in a seaside place with at least two showers a day, 2 In a hotel certified by AIC for gluten intolerants it is unthinkable in 2024 not to have at least some bread and some fresh croissants...... 3 seeing a sign in the wardrobe indicating that there are often thefts in apartments on the first floor, where we stayed, with the advice to always keep the window closed and objects in the safe does not bode well for a stay

I'll start by saying that I've been staying in hotels for work for 30 years. Yes, after three days and leaving on the fourth, it's unacceptable not to have a change of towels, especially in a seaside location with at least two showers a day. Furthermore, in a hotel certified by the Italian Association of Celiac Diseases (AIC) for gluten intolerance, it's unthinkable in 2024 not to have at least some bread and some fresh croissants. Last but not least, there's a sign in the closet indicating that there are frequent burglaries in the room, especially on the first floor, where we stayed. The sign also advises guests to always keep the window closed and items in the safe. Thefts can happen, but if you're aware of it, you take action. And don't scare guests or force them to keep everything closed in the summer!

Ottimo hotel vicino al mare, accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Camere pulite e confortevoli, personale gentile, disponibile e professionale. Da celiaca ho apprezzato la possibilita' di avere un menu senza glutine vario e di ottima qualita' come quello tradizionale. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei con piacere.

No ferie Ottima posizione, vicino al centro che offre differenti possibilità di ristorazione. Camera confortevole, peccato solamente che le colazioni cominciavano alle 8.00, per me Troppo tardi. Gentile però il titolare che preparava un caffè e mi offriva brios oppure crostata prima di partire.

E' il secondo anno che io e la mia famiglia trascorriamo una settimana in questo Hotel, vicinissimo sia al mare sia al centro di Lignano Pineta. La struttura è chiaramente di livello sia nei servizi sia nell'attenzione ai bisogni di noi clienti da parte dei proprietari e di tutto lo staff. Noi siamo in particolare soddisfatti del cibo, sempre buonissimo a colazione e cena e, soprattutto, con un'attenzione cordiale e professionale verso gli ospiti celiaci, tra cui nostro figlio 14enne, sempre contentissimo del trattamento a lui riservato e quindi della vacanza. E questo significa per noi davvero tanto... Consigliatissimo!

Ein sehr gemütliches und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön fanden wir es das Frühstück auf der Terrasse einzunehmen.
