Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lijiang Shuhe Ancient Town. The staff were so friendly and helpful—we loved chatting with them about local attractions, culture, and hiking recommendations! The rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and included amazing handmade soap and lip balm! The food was incredible—we especially loved the rice noodles and the farm fresh breakfast! The gardens and grounds were spectacular. The owner came and talked with us about her experiences in Yunnan and recommended places to visit. We can’t wait to come back with the whole family!

The room is quite large, with advanced and complete facilities, floor heating, a large and comfortable bed, many small items, an epidemic prevention gift bag, and the most amazing thing is that there is a flute on the table. There is nothing wrong with the room itself, but it may be too early when I leave and it is low season. I called the duty phone several times before someone answered. I just put the key on the table and left. My room originally included breakfast. According to the order, the breakfast can start at 8:30, and there is no one at the front desk. I have to leave at 8:50, so no one prepares it. The overall cost performance is quite high.

A homestay that amazed me the first time I came to Lijiang Chinese design style, very consistent with the cultural characteristics of Lijiang Ancient Town There is an observation deck outside the room on the third floor (Figure 1), where you can almost see the whole view of the ancient town. The weather was very good when I arrived in Lijiang, and it was very photogenic to take pictures there Next to the terrace is the tatami. After coming back at night, I leaned against it to chat, drink some wine, and watch the night view. It was really comfortable At night, the terrace on the first floor is also suitable for taking night views. Tourists who don’t live here also take pictures here The location is inside the ancient town. Because I prefer quietness, I deliberately didn’t choose the central area. The location of Yijianyishan is just right. It is not far from several check-in points and can be reached by walking a few hundred meters

The reasons why I chose this store are: 1. The inn will open in 2023 and is brand new on the whole. 2. This store includes breakfast, which saves tourists time to go out for food and avoids the crowds. We were a bit nervous when first arriving as the hotel or inn, we realised was actually inside the Shuhe Ancient Village. A quick phone call later, one of the staff came out with a 3-wheeler scooter, loaded our luggage into the back, and took us for a short walk inside the village to the hotel. The staff were super welcoming including the owner and big thanks to ”Tony”, the young guy we nicknamed who helped us check in and gave great advice for the next few days of where to go and do. Its never easy for family with two teenagers to find a room big enough, but the duplex suite with two floors and two king sized beds was perfect! The little village of Shuhe is an amazing little place to explore and much less commercial than the other ancient villages in the area. Some great foods and drinks to try, not to mention some beautiful little shops to explore through. Can highly recommend this hotel and the area of Lijiang for families, although I do recommend hiring a car or driver to get around.

The location of the inn is very good. We arrived at the inn within two minutes of getting off the bus. We were picked up by someone who was very caring and enthusiastic. When we first arrived, we caught up with the boss to grill skewers and invited us to make skewers, 👍! The small yard is very cozy, the room is well-equipped and hygienic, and the tea table also prepares fruits and candies for guests to taste. The boss has a very good service attitude, always smiling, give the boss a thumbs up👍
