This beautiful hotel is tucked in a quiet corner of the old town. It’s an easy walk from the vehicle drop off point, away from the crowded town centre, and located just diagonally across a quaint local eatery that my family enjoyed.

Exceptional Hospitality – Above & Beyond Every Expectation! This hotel's kindness truly amazed us! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—they even provided free airport and train station transfers, which was a huge relief. The lovely receptionist always asked what time we'd prefer breakfast, making sure everything suited our schedule. We also loved having access to a tea station downstairs, where we could enjoy a proper tea ceremony anytime. And after a long journey, the welcome fruits were such a thoughtful touch! The room had everything we could possibly need—even small details like a hair tie were provided. The Dyson hairdryer was a nice bonus! A special thank you to the receptionist (安大喜 Ann) for organizing our trip to Blue Moon Valley. When we realized we'd miss breakfast, she packed it for us the night before—so we still enjoyed a fantastic meal with a mountain view (photo attached!). Even when we had issues with tour guides, 安大喜 Ann was available 24/7, offering advice and support. She went out of her way to help us in countless ways—this level of care is rare! We highly recommend this hotel—their personal approach is truly outstanding and makes all the difference. Unforgettable stay—we'll be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. It truly felt like a home away from home. They were amazing in helping us arrange our trip to Shangri-La and were so knowledgeable about the area, giving us fantastic local recommendations that we absolutely loved. Every suggestion was spot-on and really added to our experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — we’ll definitely be coming back and will be telling all our friends and family about it. Thank you for making our trip so special!
