我們訂的是雙床，後面前台打電話來説沒有標間了問能不能換大床房，我們也同意了，後面又打電話來説現在有客人説要續住，就沒有房間了叫我們取消訂單，我們很生氣説這個是酒店的責任，我們是提前訂好的，續住是臨時的，前台還是要我們取消訂單，我們就直接找了攜程的客服，客服説他們和酒店溝通，之後酒店打電話來説可以正常入住，攜程的服務態度很好哦。這衹是個前提，後面我們晚上十一點的動車到達，之前問了酒店説衹能我們自己打車來，我們也沒什麼怨言，等打車來到古城的外面，我和朋友拖着行李箱走了大半個古城🙃差點累死在路上，來到住宿，來之前和前台説的要兩床被子和想要繼續住的需求（幸好忘記了），進到房間，什麼都沒有，廁所沒紙，客廳裏也沒紙🙃，廁所沒門，浴室也沒門，當天晚上我和朋友的第一個念頭快跑，第二天立馬換了住宿。真的因為住進了這家壞了我好多好心情
