Lijiang Yunxuan Resort Hotel (Shuhe Ancient Town)

I have stayed in other hotels many times when I came to Lijiang, but I decided to book this hotel due to a temporary change of schedule. I found a treasure! ! We upgraded to the Snow Mountain Room. The room facilities, environment and hotel services are very good. I will probably stay at this hotel next time I come ~~~

Very quiet hotel, the courtyard is quite large, the villa design also has a parking space, very suitable for family travel, very good. There are many flowers planted in front of the door, and it is very photogenic. Every house has water and flowers. It is a very beautiful place. I visited Shuhe Ancient Town in the evening. Although it is not as lively as Lijiang Ancient Town, it has more ancient town life.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, and the air conditioning is not very powerful. The air conditioning in our two rooms is not very powerful. The air conditioning in my family's room has never been heated, and three electric heaters are used! Environment: It is a bit remote, there are no good places to eat around, except that it is close to Shuhe Ancient Town, there is no other advantage Hygiene: The chaos in the breakfast is not fresh. After eating breakfast and going out, my wife vomited and had diarrhea! ! ! We were very worried about our afternoon tea and breakfast the next day, and we all ate selectively! Really worried Service: The hotel service staff is still very good, that is, the fruit in the room is not complete. I didn’t finish the fruit, which does not mean that I don’t want it. The service staff directly did not send the fruit! Call to ask and quibble! The disposable slippers in our room are also not replaced with new ones the next day. It’s my business whether I use them or not. It is necessary for you to give me new ones. You are a homestay. If you want to define yourself as a hotel, you must copy and do it according to the standards of the hotel. These so-called creativity of breakfast and afternoon tea should be based on freshness and safety! Hygiene: For breakfast for the two days, except for the soy milk which was hot, all other snacks were cold. The stale wonton really made me very dissatisfied!

Overall evaluation: I stayed here two years ago. I thought the breakfast was good and the price was reasonable, so I chose this hotel for my family's Spring Festival trip. But I was very disappointed this time... I don't know if it was because of the lack of staff during the Spring Festival, so the breakfast was greatly discounted. It was originally a la carte style, but it became a buffet style, and the sophistication was not enough, and I had no appetite at all. Before coming, I told my family that the breakfast in this hotel was worth looking forward to, but I was slapped in the face. Service: Much worse than the previous stay. We have a room for three people. The front desk asked if we wanted to pay extra for an extra bed. If we didn't pay extra, we wouldn't provide toiletries for the third person. Although the front desk said that it could be given for free when I asked the front desk again, it was two different things to provide it actively and passively. Facilities: There is no floor heating, only air conditioning, not whole-house heating, and the toilet needs to turn on the heater separately. My family felt a little cold when they slept at night.

Very satisfied! It is worthy of being a five-star homestay! The lady at the front desk is very nice! Helping to move things and pick up express delivery, the service is very good! The afternoon tea is very good! Looking up, you can see the snow-capped mountains, very comfortable! The environment is very good! You can also enjoy the scenery while taking a bath!

It is in the same area as the Pullman next door. This area is very quiet, a quiet park in a busy city, very cost-effective, and a little bit small and beautiful! You can walk to Shuhe Ancient Town, which is pretty good! You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room, which feels great, and the environment and facilities are all star-rated hotel standards. The front desk also helped to contact the car during the Chinese New Year, which was really not easy! If it hadn't helped to arrange the car, I almost couldn't go to Yulong Snow Mountain, thank you.

The hotel is in the villa area, the environment is great, you can see the snow-capped mountains, there is butler service, fruit and afternoon tea are delivered, the room is large, the bathroom is top-notch, there is a car to pick up at the gate of the community, or you can take a taxi directly in, overall I am satisfied.
