The host was very helpful during our stay. They even help our DIY journey to Yulong snow moutain with great personal tour guide with reasonable price....we would be lost if not for the host help. The host brother owns a tea cafe / shop next door. He served us great tea and explain the benefits of the tea. The room we took was duplex, there is nothing to complain location, attitude, cleaniness I really recommend every one to stay here

The room is not really clean, the shower room drain was blocked. Could not feel the heater. The receptionist was not friendly and sour. We requested for service to pickup our luggage but there wasn’t any. We were willing to pay. The floor was dusty. Apart from location, otherwise i would not recommend at all. If your room located upstairs, prepare yourself to bring your luggage upstairs. There is no lift. This hotel killed our mood during the vacation.

so enjoy staying here, the room is comfortable and pretty! good spot to take a cozy picture!

Friendly staff

The hotel 3-5 min walk from main road and halal food can find easily along the main road. Behind the hotel are Lijiang ancient town just 1-2 min walk. This hotel has auto bidet with temperature control by yourself (use remote provided in toilet), but this hotel not provide towel only disposal towels and maybe you can consider before book this hotel. As the host you are not welcoming your customers and assist for customer need, you play game on handphone with leg on table. In amities stated has electric blanket, unfortunately there no as mention.

the location is near to north east gate so it is easy to get a Didi or request travel agent to pick up. nearby to Chagee branch too. main attraction is quite near. near to halal restaurant, Eli Garden and their hotpot is so delicious, please try! we choose the non-spicy since have prents with us but you will not regret this. they provide diaposable towel, so if you not used to it, better bring your own towel. we request for ground room since got elder people and they granted the request. things to improve: -the owner not so friendly. when we come back to hotel and the owner is at reception area, he didn't even smile. -supposedly we get welcome fruit etc as stated in the booking but we didn't get that. since the owner not so friendly, we just don't request it -one of the room is clogged. we inform owner and they ask us to open the drainage so the water will flow.🤷♀️ -hope they can have proper trolley to bring luggage/bags. the pathway is uneven so you may damage your luggage wheel. luckily the gate and hotel not that far, so our luggage was still okay. -its very hard to add the hotel Wechat ID. i have try to add several time but the owner not accept my request. end up i ask my local travel agent help to call and request for ground floor room. conclusion: i will not stay here if i come to Lijiang again.
