Kuanshang Hotel

Kuanshang is the most comfortable and satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in Yunnan. The design is of good taste, and the service is five-star first-class. The 24-hour online service is responsive to all requests. I can't say enough good things about it. The hotel has complete facilities and many thoughtful items. The afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious, with a professional standard. The breakfast is also of a very high standard and is better than the food in many restaurants outside. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake!

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the south gate of the ancient city, convenient for travel, quiet at night, all the staff are very polite and considerate, speak in a gentle voice, set up a WeChat service group for guests, if there is any need, the staff will respond immediately. Turn down service is particularly good. One day it rained in the ancient city and it was a bit cold. When I came back at night, I found that the room was very warm. The staff had turned on the heater in the room early. I was also impressed by the hygiene. Because I have a little cleanliness and I am traveling with a baby, I have high requirements for hygiene conditions. The bedding and indoor environment are very clean. The afternoon tea and the welcoming glutinous rice tea are also very good. The baby likes it very much. The hotel's breakfast dishes are fresh, distinctive and appetizing. The peach moisturizing cleansing powder for cleansing at night is very useful. The laundry service is also good. The staff is very attentive and will ask about various washing requirements. When traveling during the day, the clothes are clean and put in the laundry bag at night, which saves a lot of trouble. The hotel also upgraded the suite for free when I brought the baby with me during the trip. Thank you 🙏

The public area is well decorated. The room on the first floor is a bit smelly. There is no bathtub. The toilet has stains that cannot be brushed off. The breakfast is good. Semi-self-service. The guy who helps with the luggage is very good. There are straw hats and straw bags in the closet that can be borrowed. Afternoon tea is provided, etc.

This is my third time in Lijiang. I feel the good environment and service when staying at Kuan Shang. The brunch is rich and delicious. The service team is also quick to answer questions. The room is clean and I can feel their care in some small details. It's great👍

It was a wonderful trip to meet Kuanshang on the last night of the trip. The best hotel in Lijiang Old Town is Aman and the best B&B is Kuanshang. I have booked it on Xiaohongshu for a long time and this time I finally had the chance to stay. The decoration style and aesthetics are on point, as well as the amazing service details. The boss also personally led a tea making experience. Thank you for taking care of me these two days.
