Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the ancient town. The service went above and beyond expectations. Since the hotel is located in the heart of the ancient town, they kindly arranged for staff to help carry our luggage to the nearest taxi pick-up point, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The location itself is perfect—within walking distance of all the key attractions, making it easy to explore the town. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and even assisted in booking local tours for guests. However, we did have a less-than-ideal experience with the first tour booked through the hotel, as we later found out the price we paid was almost double compared to the nearby tour agency. We chose to book directly with the agency for our second day and had a much better experience. Despite this, our overall stay at the hotel was wonderful. We especially loved the breakfast—simple, unique, and absolutely delicious. From the comfortable accommodations to the outstanding service, our experience was truly 5/5. Highly recommend staying here!

Cars can only reach a certain point so you will have to walk into the hotel location. The pavement are rocks so it may be tedious to pull your luggage. However, you can contact the hotel staff beforehand and they will come to help you with your luggage. Other than the dangerous pavement, it is a good tourist spot.

We were astonished by the service by Xiao Juan who were so heartwarming, caring and considerate. Brought us walk around the town and provided many extra services to us. We will definitely coming bk again and will recommend friends and family to stay. Loved their activities of candle making and bread making. The room view was magnificent with the snow mountain.

It was a very heartwarming stay. The housekeeper had a very good service attitude. He contacted the check-in time in advance and tried his best to help with various requests. He also helped to carry the luggage to the intersection and took me to see the night view of the ancient city. The accommodation facilities were also very good, and the hot water and floor heating environment were very good. I felt at home~~

Traveling alone, I randomly chose Mid-Levels Residence. From before the plane took off to getting off the plane, and then to the entire short stay, it was full of details and super service awareness and great respect for customer needs. The inn is very comfortable, with a beautiful small courtyard in the middle. It is very pleasant to sit on the small terrace in the room and listen to the rain during the rainy season. The room is large and clean. There is an observation deck in the public area, overlooking the ancient city. The boss is also very enthusiastic and the recommended food is delicious.

Afternoon tea with a view of the mid-mountain: I am quite satisfied with everything. It is not easy for the guy to do business. He picked us up, parked and pulled our luggage. He was busy picking us up even though we were very tired on the mountain road. I will patronize it next time~ The room is fully equipped, the hair dryer is also Dyson, and the walnuts are super delicious

It is near the Lion Rock Observation Deck, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The guy picked us up and helped with the luggage. The service was very good. The breakfast was quite exquisite, and coffee was given when we left. It would be better if there was coffee for breakfast.

There are many B&Bs in the ancient city. After many days of consideration, I finally chose this one, considering the geographical location, room features, architecture and decoration style. It really did not disappoint me. The whole house is intelligent, and the children can watch movies if they don't want to go out. There is a small courtyard for leisure, the breakfast is very exquisite, and the service is very enthusiastic. I am so satisfied.

The hotel has a great sense of design, with a perfect viewing terrace. The details in the room are very thoughtful. There is a warm and cozy garden courtyard. When night falls, pour a glass of Lijiang specialty Pu'er wine in the garden, accompanied by the fragrance of flowers, and watch the moon. The hotel provides breakfast, floor heating, and very thoughtful service. Friends who come to Lijiang will definitely add a touch of beauty to their journey if they stay here.

During this trip to Yunnan, Banshan Lishe became my warm harbor. The B&B has a good location, beautiful internal environment, clean and sanitary, rich breakfast, and enthusiastic staff who are responsive to every request. I instantly felt like home.

This homestay is really amazing! I was deeply attracted by the style of the lobby! I was not disappointed after entering the room! The room is cream-colored and clean! You can sit in the room and watch the panoramic view of the ancient city in a daze, which is very enjoyable! The children also had a lot of fun! I will come again next time! !

We stayed in a family room with two floors. The room was very clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. There was a small garden, which was quiet and cozy! It was a beautiful place to stay in a busy city! Special thanks to the boss and the boss's wife, who were very nice. Parking, luggage, snacks, fruits, etc. were all arranged properly. The breakfast was very Japanese and very compact. The rice noodles were super delicious. I recommend you to try the braised potatoes, which had plums added to it. The taste was super good! Recommended for staying in Lijiang Ancient Town👍🏻
