Guanfang Hotel (Lijiang Old Town )

Pretty good! The front desk manager was incredibly helpful. We were exhausted after climbing the snowy mountain, and they even helped us with our luggage, which was very thoughtful.

Great views and a fantastic breakfast. The only downsides were the noisy air conditioner and a clogged toilet.

The view was great, with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain clearly visible in the morning with hardly any clouds. The rice noodles for breakfast were excellent. The bed was a little on the firm side. The facilities were complete, though they are quite old and could use a renovation.

First off, the key card system at the entrance is a hassle. You can't just leave the card in; you have to insert it correctly and immediately pull it out, otherwise the door won't open. The hotel facilities are quite old, and the Wi-Fi is poor – it's a public network shared by all rooms, worse than university campus Wi-Fi. The hairdryer is ancient, looks like a vacuum cleaner, and it was broken. The AC in the room is weak, and it gets stuffy if you don't open a window. Breakfast was okay though, with a good variety.

This hotel offers great value for money, and it's very close to the old town, just a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and the stay included a fantastic breakfast. Definitely a recommended hotel!

The hotel is the tallest building in Lijiang, offering great room views overlooking the entire city and a distant view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is good.

As expected from a well-established five-star hotel, the environment, service, and breakfast are all top-notch. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the old town, which I absolutely loved.

The room was a bit old, but it offered excellent value for money. From the 23rd floor, you could see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and in the morning, you could watch the sunrise. I've attached photos of the mountain in the afternoon and morning. The breakfast spread was quite generous.

We checked into this hotel in the evening, and the lighting was lovely and atmospheric ✨. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. My kids had a great time. The facilities are comprehensive, making it perfect for a family trip 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. We'll definitely consider staying here again next time! ~~
