The room has a fishy smell, not recommended. When someone checks in at the front desk, they will not go out to help unlock the parking space. They will not help with 2 suitcases, 2 things and a child. The service is much worse than that of the hotel.

酒店住的太舒服了，門口有停車位還有公交車站，停車和出行非常方便，第一次來麗江晚上吃飯的時候不知道去哪裡前台小哥非常熱情的告訴我們酒店對面就有小吃街，酒店餐廳非常寬敞乾淨早餐也非常好吃也很豐富有粥、米線，房間呢乾淨整潔也沒有異味，晚上睡覺的時候也很安靜，入住的時候前台小哥還很貼心的給我們房間升了個級，服務也非常到位，基本上要什麼東西的話三四分鐘就送到了，總體來説這次入住他們家酒店給我的感覺非常好不管是服務啊、房間啊、早餐啊都是非常棒的，如果要來麗江玩然後住酒店的話非常推薦他們家，真的非常舒服貼心👍👍👍

到店免費升級為親子房，房間非常寬敞，淋浴水量特別大，可以作為按摩了，洗得非常舒服。早餐簡單但樣式很多，米線、兩種口味的粥、包子、麪包、蔬菜、炒飯等，憑餐券領取雞蛋。起步價到古城。
