10/10 stay! We were four girls visiting Lijiang for the first time and this hotel made sure we had a seemless and comfortable stay. They picked us up at the airport and carried all of our luggage to the hotel room, and even personally walked us to a restaurant of our choice because we couldn’t navigate on our own. The host also ordered takeaway for our friend who was travel-sick and made sure we had oxygen for our excursion to the mountains. They helped us plan our entire itinerary and provided us a private driver to make sure we got to do all the things we wanted! The room in itself was absolutely beautiful and clean.
