I have to rave about the adorable pets at this hotel! There are cute Golden Retrievers, parrots, and little bunnies – my child was absolutely thrilled. The hotel courtyard is spacious, and the environment is clean and quiet.

Traveling with kids, the most important thing for me is the family experience, and this hotel truly understands families! The room was spacious and not cramped, the hotel environment was safe and quiet, so I felt completely at ease letting my child run around in the courtyard. The staff were also very patient with children and even proactively offered small helpful details. Overall, our stay was relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend for families with kids!

Staying in the standalone villa was incredibly comfortable – spacious, private, and utterly undisturbed. The hotel itself has a rich Naxi aesthetic, and the garden courtyard design is very sophisticated; every photo op feels like a professional shot. The service was warm and just right, never intrusive. Overall, the experience was clean, quiet, and high-quality. This is by far the most pleasant place I've stayed in Lijiang, highly recommended!

The hotel isn't far from Shuhe Ancient Town and offers a distant view of the snowy mountains. It's designed like a courtyard villa, and the rooms are clean and tidy. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off service, and since it wasn't peak season, they even upgraded my room. It was a really comfortable stay. The hotel has a cute Golden Retriever, but it's a bit sad that it's kept in a cage.

I extended my stay on the day I checked in. The room offered the best view of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunset' (日照金山, a stunning natural phenomenon). The service and food were both very satisfying, and the hotel environment is beautiful. It's also very close to Xue Shan Road (Cherry Blossom Avenue), which is covered in cherry blossoms this season.

We were so lucky to choose this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, greeting every guest with such warmth that it felt like coming home. The hotel's scenery is beautiful, and it's so quiet at night. There were even some cherry blossom trees just beginning to bloom, making for fantastic photo opportunities – every shot turned out great! We'll definitely be back to stay here again next time we're in Lijiang (*´▽`*)

My stay at this hotel was truly elevated by the exceptional level of personalised service. When my mother eye was unwell, Huang Xiao Jiao went above and beyond to assist in purchasing medicine. This was deeply appreciated. Additionally, Mr Zhao Xiaomin kindly helped to provide contact who arranged our visit to Yulong Snow Mountain and personally guided us to the station when checking out. This hotel delivered a seamless and effortless experience from arrival to departure. Communication with the team was prompt and efficient, and the check-in process was handled with great professionalism. Their attentiveness and genuine care reflect a level of hospitality that is both rare and commendable.

Staying at this villa hotel was an absolutely incredible experience! The standalone villa was spacious and airy, and the Naxi-style courtyard was so charming. The entire garden-like complex was filled with the sounds of birds and the scent of flowers. They even included airport pickup! The private courtyard offered excellent privacy, and all the amenities were top-notch. The bedding and toiletries were high quality too. The 24-hour butler service was attentive and thoughtful, quick to respond, and always ready to help. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the views were absolutely stunning. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation or a small get-together. Five-star rating well deserved, highly recommend!

The price was pretty good value for money considering it was Chinese New Year. The service was okay, and they even offered airport drop-off. However, there were a lot of issues, and it felt more flashy than practical. The villa layout wasn't functional; the rooms were small, but the common areas were huge. We had to wait in line to shower because the water heater was electric, which was a real hassle. Breakfast was also very poor. Overall, the experience was just mediocre.

The room size was decent, perfect for our family of five (us, our child, and my parents). This hotel is really well-suited for family trips. The environment is quiet and serene, and there were various activities during the New Year. Transportation is also convenient; it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Lijiang Old Town, and close to all the main attractions. The downsides are that the cleaning staff's thoroughness varied daily – some were very diligent, while others didn't even replace the towels (though if you mentioned it to the butler, new ones were brought immediately. They also helped deliver any takeout right to our door). Also, the breakfast selection was very limited and the taste was just average. Another thing is that the ground floor can get a bit cold at night because there's no air conditioning downstairs. Only the second and third floors have AC, and it tends to make the air a bit dry when running.

This hotel boasts a fantastic environment, surrounded by beautiful flowers and lush greenery. The staff are warm and professional, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's also very close to Lijiang Stadium, making it an excellent value-for-money option.

This is a really nice hotel. We stayed in a small villa with a living room, which was perfect for a family with young children. The kids loved it! However, I found the breakfast quite mediocre with not much variety, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. Also, it's a bit far from the bustling areas, so having your own car is a definite plus.

This hotel is a villa-style resort, with two floors, front and back yards. You can hang your laundry freely and even order food from the hotel restaurant to be delivered to your villa, just like being at home. Although the hotel restaurant doesn't have a huge selection, the dishes are all delicious, and the Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles are particularly good. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes' drive from Shuhe Ancient Town and not far from Lijiang Ancient City. It's also very close to Black Dragon Pool Park. We happened to arrive on the first day of the Torch Festival, so the ancient city was lively, but staying here was incredibly quiet and relaxing. Our room butler was very enthusiastic, and the service was attentive. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice. I would definitely consider booking here again on my next visit.
