The staff and the owners were extremely helpful and did their best to make us feel welcomed! We truly appreciate the sincerity and warm conversations! The room was upgraded and it was really spacious! We also managed to coordinated a lot with the kind staff who helped us arrange for day tours to jade dragon mountain and tiger leaping gorge! Thank you so much!

The hospitality provided by them was impeccable, and the location was great I would say, due to walking distance to 大水车古镇 just needed 10-15mins 👍 and the room can see 玉龙雪山 mountain top directly. Overall this hotel was perfect for me and my friends. Highly recommended

Our stay was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived till we left, we were greeted with impeccable hospitality! The staff helped us with our luggage once we alighted from our ride. The view from the rooftop was amazing as you can see Yulong Mountain. There is daily afternoon tea and evening sessions of local tea preparation with snacks . It was also a great opportunity to mingle with travellers from around the world. The daily breakfast prepared with love by the 2 lovely aunties was also delicious and they always checked on us if we needed refills. Kudos to 程海小弟 for helping us on our endless queries regarding our trip as we didn't plan much prior. He helped us book tickets for Yulong Mountain and arranged for transport to Tiger Leaping Gorge too. Rooms were cleaned daily and comfy! There is a smart system for your needs. We were also having fun with the cute fur friends. It truly felt like home. 💖 Oh, definitely go for the 千古情歌 show at Romance Park, we were mindblown!

The hotel is near Lijiang Old town, so it’s easier to go to the old town. The hospitality here is very good. They help us carry the luggages to our room eventho our luggage is heavy. The have breakfast, tea time and night tea. The view is stunning on top of the hotel.
They don’t provide dinner but they help us order take out since we cannot speak or read mandarin. Overall we love our experience here.!!

I chose the host during my trip and felt the warmth here. The sanitation facilities and services were very good, and the environment was also good. I could see the snow capped mountains. Although I didn't go to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Cableway, I left some regrets. I will make up for it next time. Life is not like this. Enjoy yourself in the moment

Loved the service crew, everyone are very friendly and welcoming! The room is very smart and clean, and of course with a good view of yulong mountain! You are also able to do laundry there for free!
Loved the cute fluffy dogs and cat there too! The location is nice (away from crowd and noises) and close to Hei Long Tan, with many delicious eateries within walking distance! However, there are constructions nearby during my visit so it can be a bit hard for didi drivers to find. This will not be a long problem anyways, so would definitely recommend the place!
