Delighted with the service and our rooms. However, 5 floors without an elevator is a bit tough on old folks. Toilets could be better served with a bidet and water nozzle, especially since the cleaning Ah Yis kept forgetting to clean the inside of the toilet bowl and there is no brush in the toilet. Keeping the shower water temperature constant was a challenge. A small safe for keeping valuables in the room would be useful. But I would still come back again because the attention and service from this B&B serving crew was warm, excellent and praiseworthy, from the leader (Mr Jia) to the multipurpose receptionists (Xiao He & Ku) and kitchen staff (Ms Yan & Liu).

My friend and I stayed at the homestay for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very helpful—they assisted us in navigating the area and provided great suggestions on places to visit. We were very pleased with their service, the food, and the location. The homestay is conveniently situated, with Lijiang Ancient Town just a **five-minute** car ride away. The location is great, walking distance to Lijiang old town and massage. Personal opinion normal room will do as the highest floor common area got the same view too (cute dog too). My expectation was slightly higher for the room view and just to realise there was a glass and not an outdoor access based on the photos. Got disappointed by the expectation from the photos but still a good stay due to location. Service is good and staff is friendly. Do note there is no lift and there are walking of 4th floor up too. They will be helping with the luggage. Breakfast is good, aunties are nice and making sure we are full before our journey. I would still recommend to stay here but opt for Normal room will do. Not worth the value for my room based on my personal opinion. The sun is strong during the day and the curtains are there most of the time since it is glaring. Hence we didn’t enjoy much the view too.

My stay at Nazhu Homestay was great. The location is within easy walking distance to Old Town of Li Jiang. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They also offer complimentary meals and services which made our stay more enjoyable! 😊

Beautiful room and we got a free upgrade. If the weather is good you can see the yulong snow mountains. Breakfast is nice and they have a cute dog

The space was huge. We love the room and the top floor dining and balcony area. The host were very friendly and helpful. They offer tea sessions for tasting. Breakfast were decent as well.

During my journey through Yunnan, I had the pleasure of staying at NaZhu that truly stood out. It was, without a doubt, the cleanest accommodation I encountered on my trip. The attention to detail was remarkable—everything was spotless, and even the bedsheets carried a fresh, pleasant scent, reflecting the staff’s dedication to comfort and hygiene. Many hotels looks pretty in photo but details are so horrible, even those with high rating on trip, but not this one The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, always ready to assist with genuine warmth and professionalism. Adding a delightful charm to the experience was a super cute resident animal, you can always find her at level 1 or the rooftop tea room One of the highlights was the evening butter tea session—a must-try cultural experience where you get to enjoy traditional beverage with treats together with other travellers. The hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in the thoughtful details throughout the stay. All food provided are seasonal and fresh. I tried many local fruits and snacks which are available all day. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang.

Totally love the experience of our stay in Nazhu! The hotel was super helpful and friendly! Let me list down what I like about this hotel: 1. Super friendly and helpful that they helped to carry our luggages to 4th floor. 2. The lighting in the room is perfectly (not too dim) 3. There’s Dyson hairdryer!!!!! All the ladies can get a good hair everyday! 🥰 4. They prepared bathroom slippers for us so our feet will not get frozen when we shower. 4. Breakfast taste good but it could be better if there are some variation from day to day. 5. It’s walking distance to Lijiang Old Town. 6. There are many eateries within walking distance. Unfortunately the mountains were not visible during our stay due to cloudy weather. But I will comeback again another time. Through out my Yunnan’s trip this is the best hotel I have stayed. 3 nights was very enjoyable! Will totally recommend this to my friends n family!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was so nice! All in all, everyone was friendly, helpful and always so thoughtful. Amenities: - They serve breakfast and afternoon tea which is both nice! For Muslims, just tell them that you want a halal breakfast and reconfirm when you arrive at the dining area - The front desk is usually not empty so you can always ask anything but if not, they reply to your WeChat real quick👌🏻 - The ******* Tea Session was very informational and just a very fun chill and hang Location: - Homestay is near the south entrance of Lijiang Ancient Town - Location is a bit far from Lijiang Ancient Town but it’s nice and peaceful. Definitely walkable, about 15 minutes. If you’re a bit more adventurous, you’re welcome to try the underground tunnels to reach there without having to cross the road as much. But mind you, they do close at like 10.30pm - Food is easily accessible around the homestay and in my opinion it still feels safe when you’re walking at say like 11pm Extra: - Language wise, if you don’t speak Chinese then they are very open and willing to just constantly translate with you through theirs or yours phone - For muslims, halal food near the homestay was hard to find but you can definitely find them in the ancient old town or it’s surrounding

Hotel was really nice and clean. The room has all the amenities you need and even has a nice rooftop for nice pictures. Free breakfast was super delicious too. Staff were really helpful and friendly, and gave us all the requests we have quickly. Really recommend staying here.

Amazing hospitality. I highly recommend this guest house. The owner, staff and the cute little doggy made me decide to stay in Lijiang for a few more days. They also provide tasty snacks and tea. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel its comforting! Its very convenient to the Old Town, there is a lot of food nearby too! All the staff are very good and humble, even with no elevator the staff will always help you with everything BONUS: there is a bery cute dog on the rooftop Definitely will be back
