The hotel staff were excellent; they not only helped us carry our luggage from the city parking lot to the guesthouse but also brought it up to the second floor. They also gave me directions to popular photo spots and recommended delicious restaurants within the ancient city. Manager Wang was even better; he specially arranged for us to take photos on one of their guesthouse balconies, and the pictures turned out amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Yinyue Hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. She assisted us in arranging transportation to the train station, which made our journey much smoother. We also enjoyed the opportunity to walk around the ancient town wearing traditional Yunnan costumes, which the hotel provided free of charge for 3 hours. It was a unique and enjoyable experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have more male staff available to assist guests with luggage, especially since some rooms are located upstairs and there is no lift. Overall, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. Thank you to the entire Yinyue Hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️🏔️✨
