Traveling with kids, I absolutely loved this hotel! The property is huge, and the shuttle service is always on call, which is super convenient. The environment is fantastic, with lush greenery and fresh air. Our room was clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities we needed. After a hot bath, it was so nice to step out into a warm room, and the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable. It was so quiet at night, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. Our room even had a small patio where we could sit and gaze at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance. The staff were so patient and kind with the children. While visiting Yunnan, I stayed at this hotel, and it's quite large. We had an apartment, which was very spacious and spotlessly clean.
