民宿位置很好在古城邊，新裝修環境不錯，房價實惠，樓下停車方便，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪很乾凈，老闆性格靦腆但很熱情，幫忙提行李，還主動介紹周邊遊玩攻略不踩坑。二樓還有一個曬台喝茶聊天，門口就是吃麗江正宗臘排骨的地方，小超市也有，很方便。昨天訂一天退房了，今天晚了不走了再聯繫老闆留房再住一晚，真的很好，值得推薦。[強][強]

設施：設施很齊全，空調電熱毯燒水壺吹風機等等，設施是非常齊全的
環境：環境很好，二樓大廳有個小陽台還有一個小弔籃，房間寬敞乾淨整潔非常非常的號，衞生間的淋浴也很好
衞生：衞生很乾凈很乾凈，放心入住就行
服務：服務特別特別好，可以説老闆的服務是麗江旅遊的第一個驚喜，服務很好，告訴我們如何自己搶玉龍雪山門票，一步一步的講解，做高鐵來的朋友遇到沒辦法帶上動車的一些東西可以寄來，老闆會幫你收好，老闆人很和藹很客氣很有耐心

第二次返住安達庭院了，就因為位置好離古城很近出行方便，環境好設施很新，衞生很乾凈，老闆服務熱情，幫忙提行李，放電視，連WiFi，説有什麼需要儘管叫他，真的很好，一定會推薦給來麗江的朋友，必須給個5星好評

酒店位置俱佳，前台特別熱情，去的時候，人不是特別多，所以就多問了幾句，老闆熱情的告訴我們那邊的吃的好吃，那邊的玩的好玩，包括去哪兒玩的注意事項都會一一告知，在樓頂上可以晾曬衣物，這才是真正意義上，有温度的服務，酒店很新但沒有味道，住得非常舒服

必須超五星好評 首先位置很好 離古城入口5分鐘路程 再就是環境衞生非常乾淨 應該是剛裝修沒多久 設施很新 空調製熱效果奇好 最重要的是服務很好 老闆超級nice 是個山東漢子 人很淳樸 厚道 因為帶父母出來遊玩的 為了不讓他們爬樓梯 特意幫我們選了一樓的房間 還幫我們規劃遊玩路線 購買門票 推薦好吃的飯館 幫我們省了不少錢 一共在他家住了四天 真的是一次很好的體驗

房間乾淨，就熱水壺不給力，燒水後一股子味，換了一個，壺口一層，沒有用，還好酒店有飲水機。如散客去玉龍雪山大索道，晚上8點搶票140元，還包括景點來回車。但是很難搶。報旅行團就能去。

到這裏後升級了房間，這個帶投影儀的大床房實在是太棒了，房間很寬敞，設施都很新，空調製暖效果好，衞生狀況也不錯的，老闆人很好，還幫忙拎行李，酒店離古城南門一公里多點，可以步行到達，性價比極高的酒店，會推薦給要來麗江的朋友。
