Lijiang Ancient Town and Road Inn (Sifang Street, Mufu, Dayan Ancient Town)

Had a fantastic experience! The room layout was great, and the hostel owner (the 'handsome guy') provided exceptional service, even brewing tea for us. The environment was lovely, and getting around was incredibly convenient.

The room's location is excellent; you can clearly capture the sunrise and sunset over Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from the terrace. The guesthouse is in the heart of the ancient city, and you can easily walk to Mufu Mansion from there, which is great.

The inn's location is super convenient, right across from Mu's Residence, and very close to Zhongyi Night Market, making it incredibly easy to explore the ancient city. They also offer shuttle service, which is a huge help for getting luggage around since the ancient city's roads can be tricky. The inn itself has a great ambiance; the courtyard is beautiful with a small pond. The rooms have an old-world charm, and despite being in the ancient city, it's remarkably quiet.

The inn's location is super convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The room facilities are also very complete; they actually provide disposable face towels and toilet seat covers. Most importantly, there's a humidifier, which is really thoughtful given how dry Lijiang's weather can be. The service is great too; they even helped with pick-up and drop-off. We're repeat guests, and a friend recommended it to us before. I highly recommend staying here!

The owner warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and thoughtfully introduced us to fun places nearby, instantly making us feel at home. Check-in was super fast, with absolutely no annoying waiting. The room was incredibly spacious, decorated warmly and comfortably, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I slept soundly and woke up feeling refreshed. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had no strange odors, showing that the cleaning was meticulously done. You can even enjoy tea, chat, play cards, and drink with the owner. It's perfect for a trip with friends. The guesthouse owner turned out to be from my hometown in Chongqing, and even our neighbor! What a small world, you couldn't make this up. We drank tea in the afternoon and had drinks together in the evening – they were so incredibly hospitable! 😍 Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'm definitely staying here again.
