房間很乾凈，打掃也很勤快，早餐也很豐盛，春節期間老闆娘親自幫我們下廚，而且好多小菜可以選擇。接機和外出活動，老闆娘都很熱情地安排。酒店的樓頂就可以看到玉龍雪山，能夠看到日出日落還有晚霞。酒店到中濟海衹有十分鐘的路程，那裡也是一個很漂亮的地方，一個很漂亮的濕地公園，到束河古鎮也衹有十分鐘的路程，沿途呢，可以看到好多好吃的。束河古鎮小橋流水，很漂亮夜景也很美。

環境很棒，房間乾淨，停車非常方便，離雪山很近，老闆姐姐人特別熱情好客，服務周到，早餐也很好吃，我們離店的時候走的早，老闆姐姐還給我們準備了點吃的，送我們出門

一開始訂這個客棧，主要是考慮到客棧比較新，設施配套完善。來了之後，果然沒讓我失望，乾淨整潔，房間寬敞，而且還有很多小驚喜！
老闆娘是一位退休的老師，北方人，説話輕聲細語，甚是温柔，為人隨和，真誠爽朗，與之交談如沐春風。入住當天還送給了我們一盒鮮花餅和兩個石榴，作為節假日禮物，非常驚喜！客棧的早餐是她自己做的，一餐衹要10元，無論是米線還是燕麥粥，都很美味。有時候我們早晨出發比較早，辛苦老闆娘早一點給我們做早餐，她也是樂呵呵地答應。
入住期間，一切物資應有盡有，響應特別及時。我們第一晚來的時候很晚了，老闆娘也一直在等我們，很是耐心。
庭院裏有些花花草草，很有生氣，都是老闆娘自己悉心打理的。樓梯裏角落也有老闆娘自己插的假花，上樓梯時讓人眼前一亮。角角落落無不體現出她的巧思。
離開麗江要出發去車站時，老闆送我們到門口，我們的車一直沒來，而隊友去找司機了。也許是怕我孤單，便來和我一起等待，閑聊着麗江天氣慢慢變冷了。像極了家人的陪伴。

設施：設施齊全，第一次看到有準備洗髮露，護髮乳，沐浴露和身體乳的酒店，太讚了。一次性洗面巾，一次性浴巾，拖鞋啥都有。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，我們住在頂樓的房間，落地窗是可以看到雪山，就是到的比較晚沒看到。
環境：有空曠的停車場，停好車走路過去也就10分鐘左右吧，也還好。
服務：服務太好了。剛到店老闆就送我們2個自家種的大石榴和一盒鮮花餅，説是給我們的中秋禮物🎁。我們訂的房本來是不含早餐的，但老闆説第二天會給我們做簡單的早餐，出門旅遊在外有口吃的會撫慰人心。第二天一看，這可不簡單，太豐盛了，麪條包子粥小菜饅頭雞蛋鹹鴨蛋，啥都有，👍

房間很整潔，老闆很好説話，會給遊玩建議，房間裏面設施比較齊全，住的比較舒適。
離城中心有點距離，所以外賣會少一點，去部分景點需要打車，但是非常安靜，可以綜合考慮。
