Reviews of Novotel Lille Centre Gares

The room was comfortable for family with young children. Nice, clean and comfortable. Good amenities with rituals soaps and play area for children. Staffs are excellent and so friendly. The location is good, not far from the town and train. The problem was noise from window at night and room was a bit too warm even the window opened.

A great stay in Lille for the Xmas markets, hotel was ideal close to the centre and breakfast was lovely.

*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels! * Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels. *They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!

Excellent location near Lille Flandres train station, spacious room with comfortable beds, helpful and friendly reception staff during the day, and a welcome tray in the room. Negative points: The staff on duty in the evening weren't very pleasant, there was no wardrobe in the room, and the breakfast was limited and expensive for the price (€19.50). The shower ceiling was broken and very open, as you can see in the photo. But overall, it's fine for one or two nights, but no more.

The room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

This hotel is super good the problem is that breakfast every day is the same for a new phone. Frankly the rooms are super old

Toplocatie, fijn hotel en heerlijke bedden. De kids hebben ook heerlijk geslapen op de slaapbank.
