The hotel's location is very close to the train station, but the surrounding area is quite remote with no shops nearby. The biggest downside to the room's facilities is the lack of air conditioning. With the recent heatwave in France reaching nearly 40 degrees Celsius every day, the room was like a steam room and practically uninhabitable. I had no choice but to find another hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room are not too small or big. 5 mins from metro station

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with an anti-waste service. Comfortable bed and the room had everything we needed. The carpet in the room was a bit worn, and it was already warm even though there wasn't a heatwave yet. The cleaning wasn't perfect.

Very easily accessible, parking slots available and rooms are spacious.

Comfortable and pleasant enough, with thoughtful touches and thoughtful details (complimentary coffee pod, welcome waffle, small table in addition to the desk), close to the town center on foot, in a quiet, flower-filled area near other hotels and residences. I'm glad I tried this place and would happily return.

Hotel on the outskirts of Lille; parking costs only €14 per night. The city center is a 25-minute walk away or easily accessible by metro or bus. The room is clean and has a small kitchenette.

Clean room, well soundproofed, good bedding, clean, good and plentiful breakfast, complete and varied. Surprised that my room was not made up on the last 2 nights. I also regret that there are no individual products.

Great welcome, very clean and well located place

During my 20-day trip to Europe, I changed accommodations five times. This hotel was the most expensive, lowest value for money, and had the worst service. I rarely leave negative reviews in reviews. I chose this hotel when I had no choice. In an air-conditioned accommodation, you have to open the door most of the night to cool down, because there is only a small window in the room. A pair of children slept in the living room and could not sleep all night. Mosquitoes kept flying in from the window for four nights. A total of more than 20 mosquito bites were nailed; the hair dryer suddenly burned and produced a flame, followed by a burning smell. There was no backup equipment provided at the front desk. It was the worst accommodation experience in history. The most annoying thing is that one of the staff members is tall and thin, not a young man, his name is Patrick. He has an extremely bad attitude. He does not try to solve the problem and keeps avoiding solving the problem. This is what I have encountered in many European accommodation experiences. Going to the worst staff in the first place, the leaders of Appart'City Confort Lille Grand Palais, the global economy is already very bad. We are doing our best to support the Olympics. I hope you will improve the environment and teach the work attitude of frontline employees. This is for any traveler The most basic accommodation conditions.

Not too clean.

Tapijt vies, alles stoffig! zo stoffig dat je het gwn in de lucht zag vliegen., ruik stinkend muf geen airco, deuren,kapot vlekken op kussen, geen airco, kamer heel erg klein veel kleiner dan de foto!!! Stinkt stinkt stinkt Niet voor herhaling vatbaar nooit meer. Werknemers super lief

Prima accommodatie op loopafstand (circa 20 minuten) van het centrum van Lille. Uitstekend ontbijt. Prima parkeergarage onder het hotel. Grote pot (kerst)chocolaatjes op de balie en er was ook overdag nog wat te eten bij de receptie. Schone studio met koelkast en kookplaat, bedden zijn okay. Vooral de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is erg goed. De 3 sterren zeker waard.
