I chose this hotel due to its location and convenience to the train and bus station. The hotel is very quaint, the staff is extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet is beyond amazing. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. I walked up to the Olympic Village, which is something you must also do while visiting here. Five very enthusiast stars.

Everything was super, but i have to specially mention the breakfast. I have never seen a breakfastbufe like this. It was soooo much,that it was difficult to choose. The Staff was Nice and helpfull. Rom, bed and cleaning was excelent.

The staff was very friendly and the food very good! At first, I was surprised they also offered Hostel rooms, and then I couldn't have been more impressed. The owner of the hotel was so devoted to his business and guests. You won't find this hospitality anywhere else. And talk about convenient. Trains and buses right out the front door. WE LOVED THIS HOTEL!!!!!

A clean and well run hotel. A party of 11 stayed in six oversized rooms for two. A decent buffet breakfast awaited us each morning. We had Traveler’s on the second and third floor, as well as the first. The hotel is a bit large, so our rooms were not all together; that was not a problem. Walkers could take the pedestrian path into town that was directly in front of the hotel on the main street. The pedestrian walkway was icy in March, bring your snow cleats. We were in Lilyhammer right before the big Birkebeiner XC Ski Race, and a huge ski jump is right behind the hotel for easy viewing of the jumping events. A lovely Hotel in Lillehammer .

The front desk of the hotel is a very warm and friendly girl. Give us a lot of help. The hotel is very beautifully decorated, Norwegian style wooden room. The surrounding scenery is superb and free parking. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, there is a mini supermarket that sells a lot of food.
