This is a good hotel in Lilongwe Malawi. The staff were all helpful, the manager great to talk to. The airport pickup was fine. The only comment is the time taken to reply to a WhatsApp message was long

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property was old and needs some updating. It is a busy area and there was some noise throughout the night. Breakfast was okay - would love some extra choices.

It’s near everything you need for a one or two night stay. It is an older place and could use some updating. Poor WiFi and poor air conditioner. I asked to be moved from the first room and the second wasn’t much better. What keeps me coming back is the location, the staff and the food. Especially the breakfast which is worth every penny. See you again soon.

The hotel boasts a modern and immaculate appearance, with my room being particularly impressive. The cuisine is exquisite, and the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. For anyone visiting Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, a stay at this hotel is an absolute must.

Very comfortable room, fully equipped. The restaurant serves very good food. They can arrange also airport transfers. It's in a central location, close to the local market and to the curio shops and normal shops, supermarket and bus offices. Friendly staff and great price quality ratio

Thank you for your comfort and care. I have traveled extensively in Africa and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The rooms are clean, the showers work well and there is hot water, which in my experience is very rare in Africa. The air conditioning saves from the heat. Also the hotel has a lovely interior and a restaurant with excellent food. Another separate plus is the location of the hotel. Nearby there is everything you need. It is very safe and pleasant. Thank you! I will stay again when I am in Lilongwe.
