Terrible! I stayed one night there and we got 5 rooms. It was no mark on the first day, but from the second day it killed me! I found Bad bug bites more than 200 spots over my legs and arms. Worst and horrible experience ever!!! Do not go there. It ruin my trip to Peru.

I really enjoyed my time in Tambo 1. It's a great location and clean and walkable to many places. The Breakfast was great and plenty of it. We did have an incident where my sister fell in the shower and lacerated her head and bruised her back. I did bring it to the attention of the personnel and they took matters into their hands. BUt be very careful with the very slippery floor in the bathroom. Do request a mat for the shower prior to occupying. Other than that we really enjoy the place.

Staff responded well when we had issues with hot water in our room. The property is in great location- so close to the boardwalk and great restaurants.

A really nice hotel. The communal areas are especially lovely. Breakfast is okay - you won’t go hungry but it won’t wow you either. All places of interest are able to get to by taxi. Clean and well appointed room. Walkable along to coast to love park and Paddington.

This was the base for our one night stay in Lima and it proved perfectly acceptable. The room was comfortable but not huge and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was somewhat limited in its choice and there was no obvious bar to unwind in after a long journey.

The property in general was nice and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is not great but okay. The room we had was clean but we had bed bugs and got bitten really bad. Told the staff but nothing actually happened to address the issue.

I stayed at El Tambo1, Lima, for 3 nights in all at the beginning and end of an organised tour of Peru. It was very clean, with good aircon and wifi. Service was friendly and breakfast good. It's well located in Miraflores with just a short walk to the coast.

Excellent staff. Super friendly and helpful as a solo English speaking traveler. Helped me book taxis and book activities. Rooms are very clean, wifi was great and I loved that it had a kitchen you could order from after a busy day of doing things.
