El Hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado, el problema fue la recepcionista, al llegar nos dijo que ellos no trabajaban con Hoteles.com ¿?, y que no encontraba mi reserva, y sin revisar mas, nos invito a retirarnos.... pues no teníamos reserva...., luego de mucha insistencia y de pedir hablar con su jefe, recien se puso a buscar en los correos y encontró la reserva, pero nos hiso perder mucho tiempo y pasar un disgusto...

Pagué por un servicio determinado y sin embargo cuando llegamos no era el acordado, su personal de counter no tiene ni lla más mínima idea de lo que es el buen servicio, personal de cocina terrible te cortan la llamada, mal estado de sus habitaciones y baños, no lo recomiendo horrible servicio

Estuve hospedada en estos últimos días cuatro noches todo parecía muy agradable con los ambientes que ofrecía pero el ultimo día para retirarme vi que sustrajeron algunas de mis pertenecías, hice la queja respectiva, llamaron al personal de limpieza, se negaron que no cogieron nada- Algo irregular note un día antes cuando regrese al hotel a las 10.30 am aproximadamente encontré a las señoritas haciendo la limpieza a mi habitación, y había una que estaba en la entrada de la puerta con el carrito de los materiales de limpieza y al verme acercar la note algo nerviosa y le dijo a su compañera vino la señora, la cual demoro un poquito sale y dice que pase y le dije que solo vine por un documento y esperaba afuera. Con este hecho desagradable me decepcione de este hotel, que pena no volver, ya que el personal no presta las garantías.
