O hotel tem uma área de lazer incrível. Bastante natureza e uma piscina enorme. O atendimento do pessoal também é excelente. Porém, infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência no quarto. Simplesmente mal consegui tomar banho porque estava entupido o ralo e alagou o banheiro. Avisamos a equipe de manutenção, porém não tinha o que fazer. Além disso, o exaustor do banheiro não funciona e não tem toalha de mão, somente uma toalha de banho. Fora isso não tenho do que reclamar.

The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

This hotel is a disaster. For business travelers totally not suitable. Spotty, if any wifi signal, absolutely zero English knowledge at staff. Rooms are dark, only ceiling lights, small windows. Beds are hard mattress with only a sheet blanket. Everything is old and worn.

* Ficamos neste hotel com a família no final de semana de 3 a 4 de fevereiro de 2024. * Hotel com ótima área de lazer, porém necessita de mais cuidados. * A área interna e apartamentos muito antigo e necessitando de muita reforma... Toalhas, fronhas e lençóis amarelados, rasgados e desgastados... Banheiro falta limpeza... Você sente o cheiro de Cândida forte, mas continua com o ar de sujo e encardido, falta um gerenciamento, para a melhoria do quarto e banheiro... * Horário de check in, muito tarde e sem flexibilidade por parte dos funcionários. Você chega alguns minutos antes, fica esperando dar o horário e depois fica uma fila imensa para o check in, com poucos funcionários. Poderiam adiantar os preenchimentos das fichas e depois só aguardar na recepção para ver qual quarto se direcionar. No final de semana os horários deveriam ser mais flexíveis para aproveitar a área de lazer, pois o check in 15:00 e o check out 12:00, Você quase não aproveita a área externa... * Café da manhã excelente

O hotel tem um espaço fantástico! Os quartos tem tamanhos muito bons e decoração contemporânea porém as roupas de cama são manchadas, velhas e toalhas rasgadas..frigobar com borracha velha, sem vedação. Sobre a limpeza.. meu quarto ficou sem limpeza e quando falei na recepção mandaram um funcionário e não uma camareira pra realizar a limpeza! Frustrante. Sobre o café da manhã, fraquíssimo com bolos duros e insossos. Os funcionários do bar são educados e a funcionária Jaqueline uma fofa!

O quarto não estava disponível no horário do check-in, às 15 horas. O quarto estava muito sujo, empoeirado mesmo. O vaso sanitário estava quebrado. O recepcionista que estava atendendo até às 15 horas era extremamente grosseiro e mal educado. Tudo do café da manhã estava frio, e não tem nem uma lancheira para esquentar o pão.

Hotel de ótimo custo x beneficio, com linda área verde ao redor - poderia ter funcionários atendendo na área da piscina, ainda que o tempo não estivesse bom - o meu quarto era Ok, mas parte da família que ficou em quarto não reformado já não agradou tanto (prefira os quartos do térreo neste caso). O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco até mais tarde, pois 9:30h da manhã para o término é cedo para quem está de férias. Se fizerem uma revitalização do espaço externo no geral, ficará perfeito! Mesmo que dobre o valor para isso, ainda seria justo, pois da pena ver uma área externa tão boa precisando de melhorias, especialmente a área das quadras. Ainda assim, pelo valor que oferece, super voltaria, inclusive já é a minha segunda vez lá e desta vez fui com quase toda a família também!
