Casa Orama Boutique Hotel

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the beach. The rooms were adequate. However, it was unusual to find 3-in-1 instant coffee provided in the room without a kettle. Communication was also a challenge at times, as the receptionist on duty for part of the day did not speak English. According to the information provided, meals were to be served in two shifts due to the limited number of tables in the restaurant. In reality, there was no second serving. If you did not arrive right when the restaurant opened, there was very little food left to choose from—if anything at all. Throughout the entire week, feta cheese and olives were only offered once, and even accessing watermelon required rushing to the restaurant as soon as it opened. The pool bar was supposed to open at 10 a.m., but the bartender was often absent, and guests ended up making their own drinks, which was quite unusual. The wooden flooring around the pool area is in poor condition and can cause splinters. Overall, the service and amenities did not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The place was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the manager personally greeted us on arrival – a gesture that instantly made us feel valued. He went out of his way to fulfill every request we had, and for the first time in a long while, I truly felt like I was on a real vacation. A heartfelt thank you to the manager and the incredibly polite, kind, and professional staff. You made me feel at home – and that means everything! Невеличкий охайний готель неподалік від муніципального пляжу. Дуже привітний і уважний персонал, особливо менеджер готелю. Намагаються максимально швидко і якісно вирішити питання і проблеми, які виникають у туристів. Доволі різноманітна і ситна їжа, смачні напої. деякі елементи потребують поточного ремонту, але як тільки скажеш про це менеджеру, дане питання вирішується дуже швидко. Анімації не має. Тому якщо ввечері захочете розваг, то прямуйте на набережну, яка в 5 хвилинах пішки від готелю. Дякую всьому персоналу і власникам Casa Orama Boutique hotel за тиждень гарного відпочинку. Відчувала себе як вдома. A small, neat hotel near the municipal beach. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the hotel manager. They try to resolve the issues and problems that tourists have as quickly and efficiently as possible. Quite diverse and satisfying food, delicious drinks. Some elements need current repairs, but as soon as you tell the manager about it, this issue is resolved very quickly. There is no animation. Therefore, if you want entertainment in the evening, then head to the embankment, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Beautiful place with perfect person 💗 good quality food and tasty cocktails and juice 🔥 every day its coming a cleaning ladyand cleaning very googld! We like this place because is close to the beach , restaurants and shop. Recommended! ＜3

Delayed an hour but when got there was told there were no rooms available from 2 girls who also were stranded at this hell hole. The family we arrived with had 2 young children and I was 34 weeks pregnant at the time, no staff to be seen until morning after I spend 10 hours (all night as arrived at midnight) on the phone to our provider and hotel ignored the calls and emails from them. Eventually reception and bar ladies turned up (lovely girls). Not enough food for everyone mainly watermelon blood on beds, dirty, definitely not 4 stars. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

We had the worst experience here, we arrived at 23:00 at night to be greeted with nothing and no one. We finally hunted a boy down who didn’t speak no English so we had to use google translate And then he managed to get a man to come down and check us in finally after 90 minutes of panicking, the man then over charged us for the taxes! But I was too scared to ask any questions as it was just me and my daughter. When we got into our room it was basic but ok, the towels were dirty so we couldn’t shower till getting them replaced the next day, then the next day we explored the hotel which had a few pretty places. But very unclean and smelly. The food ……………….. there was never enough food for everyone and a few people were filling their plates and when we got there nothing was left apart from water melon 🤢 we ate out most nights. The drink ………… we went all inclusive and there was only two alcohol options think it was brandy and a Greek drink everything else was chargeable (so not a proper all inclusive) Swimming pool literally turned all my costumes green 😩 My only plus was location
