I booked a room at this property 6 months before attending an event in limerick. I confirmed with the host a month before my due arrival to the b and b but 6 days before the event the property owner text me to say she had over booked and did not have room for me, despite the fact that I was the first booking for that date. She refused to answer calls on the matter and did not make an effort to source accomodation at such short notice. Don't bother booking here because you will be let down at the last minute and will have your plans disrupted which is dissapointing to say the least.

This is a fairly good location for exploring the town on foot. The facilities are just ok and rooms small. The staff were not the friendliest during our stay, especially at breakfast. Parking can be an issue.
