Very good hotel, whether it is the front desk or the restaurant, the service is very good, and the English is very standard! The hotel is in an excellent location, it is convenient to go anywhere ~ recommended

酒店的專屬停車位是在河邊的一個停車場裏 入住之前完全沒有指示，我們開車繞了很久，才發現酒店的門在步行街上。最終是臨時找了一個路邊停車位，拖着箱子走過去的。 這點非常不好。 但是前台特別特別熱情！給我們講了很多！ 第二天的早餐也很贊。 房間小而精但是乾淨，安靜，該有的都有。英國這個地方，物價還是太高了。

A last minute decision turned up a treasure in the Bedford! Excellent presentation and helpful communication made for an excellent stay. The included breakfast in the cafe was outstanding !. Can highly recommend

We were in a suite. There was no mini bar, no kettle. Had to go to lower floor parlour for coffee. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. No lock on bathroom door which was very heavy. No shower screen and water leaked from shower hose soaking floor. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Reception closes at 6pm!

Lovely room, a great night's sleep, breakfast was delicious in the cafe next door and the complimentary wine and chocolates in the residents lounge was a wonderful bonus. Staff very kind and helpful and it was situated in an excellent location. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again.

A warm welcome goes far. A spacious and comfortable room, charm without fuss, premium location - the Bedford offers value well beyond its price. In the last two months of business, I can say that this is my top stay. Thanks team for making my brief visit pleasant and memorable.

Wonderful place to stay! Great location, friendly and attentive staff, room was comfortable and spotless, and the food was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
