They don't have a carpark, you use the Q-park across street above Dunnes, and pay at a special rate of 12/per 24 hour at reception when check out.

Amazing stay at the executive room. Great service from the staff and room is clean. Very near restaurants too.

It was almost midnight when we arrived in Limerick in search of a hotel for the night. On booking.com we managed to secure a room at the Savoy. We were greeted by Tony on arrival. Due to it being a Friday night, they were not expecting a new booking. He referred to the night manager, Alli who was incredibly gracious and helpful. He managed to allocate a room for us, assisted with parking and luggage, advised us on activities for the next day and even offered us the use of the executive lounge when he realised we were quite exhausted from travelling. We didn’t make use of the lounge because we just wanted to get to bed but the gesture in itself was really welcoming. We would have loved to stay longer.

We were a family of 4, incl. 2 young kids, staying for one night.  Check-In was OK - it was quick but not at all welcoming/friendly.  We were really pressured to confirm a time slot for breakfast (to the half hour) and were told there was no flexibility on this at all.  Took around 3 further follow-ups before the lady said we could phone in the morning in case we woke earlier/later than the allocated time.  We booked breakfast for 9AM and when we got there we saw plenty of empty tables so not sure what that fuss was about.  We booked a family room on 3rd floor which was actually really big - 1 large double and 2 singles, and very quiet. The only (big) fault with the room was how uncomfortable the beds were and mattresses were nearly creaky.   Did not sleep well there at all.  The shower was not good, temperature seemed to fluctuate up and down consistently through the morning. Check out was so fast and much friendlier staff on reception in the morning.

The hotel service is very good. I booked a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and recommended an indoor walking tour route. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, the location is very good, right in the city center, very convenient for shopping or traveling
