Reviews of Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre

Stayed for one night whilst visiting family. Room was great, looked like it had recently been refurbished. The bed was incredibly comfortable!  Nice and quiet until the room above returned to their room - endless banging around from midnight until 4am. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and a nice relaxed feel. Hotel is well situated for the cathedral and town centre. Car parking next door cost £5.40 for 24 hours (Sunday)

Perfect location, standard premier inn fayre!

The room is very clean and comfortable, especially the mattress Staff (front desk receptionist and cleaners passing by) are always smiling and willing to help The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Lincoln Train Station and Lincoln Cathedral. If you don't require any hotel facilities, this hotel will be very good and cost-effective

Unkomplizierter Self-Check-In mit Buchungsnummer. Falls Fragen oder Sonderwünsche aufkommen, kann man sich an der Theke melden. Sehr sauberes und relativ geräumiges Zimmer mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage, was bei der Hitzewelle im Juli 2026 eine Wohltat war. Ansprechendes Frühstück vom Buffet, typisch englisch. Auto wurde am NCP Parkplatz Rumbold Street geparkt, kann bequem per App bezahlt werden. Check-Out ebenso unkompliziert. Wer eine etwas persönlichere Betreuung wünscht, könnte sich hier etwas fehl am Platz fühlen. Für Citytrip nach Lincoln ideal, da zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in nächster Nähe, der Aufstieg zur Kathedrale und Burg ist etwas steil, aber dafür sieht man auch die schönen Häuser am Steep Hill, wo man mit dem Auto sowieso nicht durchkommt. Nichts zu beanstanden, gerne wieder.

酒店早餐很標準的英式早餐，人比較多，但是都很整潔乾淨，員工很友好，1樓的房間不是那麼方便，其他都很好。

Impossible to contact hotel directly post trip.stuck in an endless voice activated loop. Deeply frustrating.

Early check in gave plenty of time to relax and slowly get ready for a night out, check out time ment no rushing in the morning

Lovely room, quite spacious . Very clean. Hotel breakfast was very good. Car park right next door , £7.50 for 24 hours , do car could be left during my stay . Close to eateries and castle, cathedral 10-15 walk

Booked a 2 night stay including breakfast. 1st night only moderately warm water in room. 2nd night no water / toilet facilities whatsoever in room, breakfast cancelled. No refund whatsoever including for the cancelled breakfast , despite repeated requests.

My son fell ill and the staff acted immediately by calling a taxi and getting us to the nearest children's A&E. The next morning, someone who was not involved at the time asked if everything was OK. This is very much appreciated. I can't recommend them enough.

Went for breakfast with three friends before catching a train Saturday 25th July as a non resident met by a friendly welcoming female member of staff who sat us down and showed where everything was as we have not been before. Fantastic breakfast choices and unlike the local Travel lodge that we have been to before we were shown to the toilet facilities before leaving. Certainly will use this establishment again and recommend it to others.

Convenient location for Lincoln City centre, easily walkable. Parking nearby, reasonably priced. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t eat there but the seating for meals looked quite spacious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. One of the better Premier Inns we have stayed in, we would stay again if in the area.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is conveniently placed and only a short walk from the town centre. I usually find the beds comfortable in Premier Inns but the mattress was very hard in this one. The baths in all Premier Inns are too high for a small woman and very slippery.

Loved the location of this Premier Inn. It is close to the railway station, city centre and main sights such as the castle and cathedral. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with shower gel, soap, towels etc. There was a hairdryer in the room as well as a kettle and tea/coffee. Air conditioning was great and needed in this hot weather. A great stay.
