Check in was easy, night shift front desk, Nicole, is friendly and helpful. Whereas the morning crews don’t seem to like their job, can’t see any smile during the day.

Nice hotel, great location. Breakfast at 6am is nice and loved coffee and tea 24/7.

Things were very expensive. Nice place.

Good choice the same as all tru hotels they've got it right first class !!

The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived until we left, and I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The only thing I would have liked was a breakfast with something more Latin American, but oh well, it's understandable since we're in the United States, and that's just how it is. But otherwise, everything was spectacular.

Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and good location. Fitness center bike needs some attention.

Breakfast was disappointing. I went down at 7:30 and there wasn't much left. I waited as long as I could and nothing was replenished.

Clean rooms, fast check in and check out. Close to Bryan East Lincoln Hospital.
