Good hotel Breakfast was so so!

Comfortable & clean! Also didn’t know we could leave our vehicle there, so that was a great surprise

Clean and comfortable room. Yummy hot breakfast! There was a issue where I didn’t receive the link to request Uber for the complimentary airport shuttle, but the front desk was wonderful in getting it resolved and getting me to the airport on time even with her other responsibilities. Breakfast was even ready before the 6am start time so I could eat before leaving.

My shuttle had not been ordered for me when I came down, so while I waited for the clerk for "figure out what happened" I missed out on breakfast AND coffee because the uber got there fast...once it was ordered. I also ordered a shower chair for the shower, it was never delivered. Also, one of the handles in the shower for disabled people to hold onto in the shower was extremely loose so, not having a shower chair to sit on AND not having a stable handle to hold on to, I was not able to take a shower. I am an above knee amputee. These items are a serious MUST. I paid a lot of money for a crappy 12 hours stay. Shame on this Holiday Inn...

They need to remodel!! Rooms are not clean! The staff was very welcoming and helpful!

Room looked neglected, the bathroom door also had something brown smeared on it. Was not impressed with the cleanliness. Also the pool was freezing, could not take out 1 and 3 year old swimming. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

The staff was personable and extremely kind and helpful with every question or task I had. The rooms smelled of mildew and mold, which there was, in room 204. We had to go out and buy febreeze plug ins just to be able to bear it. The breakfast looked great but the pancakes were not cooked and the cinnamon rolls tasted off. The room was ok, until I found things that previous guests had left. That shows me that cleaning isn’t very thorough. Makeup utensils on the floor by the chair, used napkins in the ice bucket wasn’t exactly a fun find. I slept on top of the sheets after that because I didn’t feel comfortable knowing that cleanliness wasn’t a top priority. I honestly don’t want to pay for these rooms. The front desk staff was awesome, your problem seems to lie in housekeeping.

The staff member at check-in was very friendly. I would say over all the place was clean. My biggest problem was the walls need installation for sound!

Arrived to dirty room hadn’t been cleaned. Had to be moved, no towels and heater was old and took an hour to get warm. Not enough towels empty hand cleaners in bathroom. Rotten doors. Breakfast not full broken pancake maker, only eggs and biscuits with gravy and coffee to offer. This place is no Holiday Inn. Maybe something before and switched name.
