Friendly staff and nice decorated room.

Hotel is very convenient for location. We have stayed there in the past, but it is showing some wear and tear. Otherwise always a favorite pick for us.

Super convenient to Haymarket Park to watch baseball. Very cute clean property with nice attention to detail and amenities like water bottles in our room.

Not a bad hotel, but not very accessible for anyone using a wheelchair! I was not able to access the balconies with my son, which was super disappointing as we were there celebrating his birthday.

Never over night hotel. Design of the hotel was decorated with older furniture making it historic like a college graduated. Staff was excellent polite & helpful. Parking is an older parking garage narrow ramps to get in and out from floor to floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. Outside the room, however, the place seems to be falling apart -- chipped paint, soiled floors, cracked and worn concrete. It made me wonder if Hilton is planning to either shut the place down or completely redo it. My guess is that they do pretty well on football weekends, but not the rest of time -- too many newer competitors within a block. Also, $4 for lobby coffee. Really?

The hotel and staff itself are good. I do have an issue that you purchase a Parking Garage pass for $25 night, and then can't find parking in it, and have to go park elsewhere. The parking garage should be monitored more closely to allow the # of hotel guests that purchase the spots, to actually be guaranteed a spot! Totally ridiculous to have to drive around the whole place...just to exit and go elsewhere. OR...don't charge for parking to hotel guests...since parking is really not guaranteed!

Room was clean and the temperature was good. Busy graduation weekend and all went well. Overall, perfect location and did the job!
