The front desk guy was friendly. There's a pet fee of $20 per pet per night. The room was dirty. The bed was broken, sheets were dirty. A/C was loud. Bathroom and bathtub were dirty. Bathroom door almost fell off when I closed it. Not worth the money. I walked in and seen the condition of the room and checked back out. I was told that the owner is the only one that can do refunds and he was out of town. And then was told I may not even get a refund at all. 0/10 don't stay here. Its a rundown poorly maintained place. Go to America's best value inn across the street or studio 6 down the street. Around the same price per night, but rooms and cleanliness are way better.

The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked if I wanted first or second floor which was great because I have a bad knee (1st floor).
The mattress was far too soft, but the room had a refrigerator and microwave along with free Wi-Fi. If you can overlook the hotel’s desperate need of refurbishment, it’s ok for a short stay.
