We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt unclean and unwelcoming. The room itself was dirty, the beds were not properly cleaned, and there was hair everywhere, including pet hair and human hair. What made matters worse was the overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the property. Despite a sign clearly stating “No Smoking Within 25 Feet,” several people were smoking directly at the entrance, making it impossible to avoid. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with a young girl who requires oxygen. We seriously considered not staying at all due to the conditions, and regret that we did. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Without a doubt this was definitely the worse hotel experience my wife and I have ever had!!!! Wish I could give negative stars rating!!! Bed was supposed tobe a king size and ended up a twin!! When we asked for a refund they totally argued with us. We were not even unpacked!!!!

My room smells entirely of body odor there was no Kleenex no hand soap in the bathroom the toilet had just been used and was dirty in addition to that, in the middle of the night when the heat kicked on smoke-filled from the unit causing the smoke detector to go off and ruining all my clothes with the smell of smoke I had to leave and continue my travels after less than an hour of sleep. To add injury to insult the manager Tina called me back 2 days later and was more interested in arguing than issuing me a refund for what was no less than a terrible experience. I will be following up with her supervisor. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Here for 43 days. They don't do much in the way of quiet hours. Inconsiderate people slam their doors at all hours of the night shaking the walls. The people above me drag their chairs across the floor at 5 am and stomp around like a heard of elephants. Management should post reminders to these people. Can't cancel reservation without penalty. North door to get into the building only works for about a half day of the week. Rooms are cleaned well and some staff are friendly and personable. Lincoln does have a noise ordinance that could be enforced by the PD. Lisa the GM is great. My initial complaints didn't reach her as I believed. Once she was made aware though she addressed all concerns.

I'll be checking out early and my credit card company already stated if they try to charge me for the full reservation they would backchsrge the hotel. Management should post reminders to these people about quiet hours in the room. Can't cancel reservation without penalty. Rooms are cleaned well and some staff are friendly and personable. Lincoln does have a noise ordinance that starts at 10pm that could be enforced by the PD.
