Great Stay !

I did pre-check in prior to arrival. Once arriving it felt repetitive to pre-check in and took longer than it should have. Going thru the smoking designated rooms was horrific to get to our non-smoking room. Breakfast was minimal. Room was clean for the most part.

Checked in but left b/c didnt have an elevator for my handicap family member. Guy at front desk didnt understand ot speak english well. It was a nightmare late at night.

The heater had a urine like smell in the 1st two rooms we tried on the first night.🙄 On the 2nd night we were offered another room and it had a very good clean smell! We were so impressed with the manager doing all he could to accommodate us, even called us personally on off duty time to see how he can best help the situation. Thank you very much!

In the bathroom everything was rusted, mold spots on the walls, and each one of the towels/washcloths had some sort of spots or stains on them. The lobby and corridors smelled like smoke. When we arrived, I had reserved two Queen beds, they said "it was a full house and they did not have any of those rooms left" so they gave me a two doubles. That's the room I reserved and I checked in on my phone earlier in the day, why would you give away my room! When I checked in through my phone I added $20 add-on for a late check-out to 1:00 pm, however, at 11:15 I got a knock on the door that I had missed check-out, I explained the situation. I had also confirmed with the night desk clerk that they got my late check-out request and she said yes. The manager was nice about it, but basically said, they don't offer that. So I packed up and left earlier than what I intended. The manager did say he would refund the $20 if it was charged. The room temp was fine, didn't open the fridge. Breakfast was a joke, we turned around and walked out. Would not stay here again.
