We needed a cart to load luggage on as my husband has back problems. Previous guests kept carts so they would have them for the morning, the staff said.
I did appreciate the loan of a blow drier.

This is a unique place as the floors in the rooms are a faux wood laminate. Which I liked. Staff was friendly as well and the hotel was well kept. I would stay again.

We would visit again based on value. It is a no frills kind of hotel and it was a bit noisy (think paper thin walls), but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Room was very stark, no dresser, no real place to sit except a corner booth seat, my big complaint was they charged my credit card 2 days before i arrived to stay. And then put another 50 dollars on for incidentals.

I thought it was odd that my room didn't have a desk, nor a dresser, nor a closet. But the shower worked great, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were overall nice.

This was really a nice place to stay overnight, everything has been updated, rooms are spacious, very clean, Cracker Barrel within walking distance, no on site breakfast but they do have coffee available in the lobby in the morning!

Would have loved an option for housekeeping to not change sheets and towels every day. The room was clean and comfortable. Had pergo floor which was lovely and felt much cleaner than carpet.
