Sleep Inn & Suites Lincoln University Area

The most outstanding part about this hotel is the employees. From beginning to end they were patient and simply delightful. Not an easy task when it was graduation weekend and there were a lot of people and a lot of demands. Truly, I cannot say enough about the service.

The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed!

Just passing through. Suzanne (front desk clerk) was very efficient at check in, making a good suggestion, and (when noticing that there were no "welcome cookies" she made up a fresh batch and even delivered a few to our room! People like Suzanne make wonderful first impressions to start the stay off right. Breakfast was good, fresh, and of good variety. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. The location was good for us. Dog friendly always a plus.

Mixed quality food. Some hot breakfast items were out for way too long (brown, chewy scrambled eggs), prepackaged muffins, danish poor quality. They offered a variety of yogurts and fresh fruits though. Night reception on the ruder side, but probably just frustrated by the multiple requests of room key changes by multiple guests. They did work after a few tries on the room door but not on the outside doors on either sides of the building. Low batteries or broken locks perhaps. Very clean room, towels and bedsheets!

Everything was great. The only concern I had was at the indoor pool was a kind of cold. But that’s all.

Hotel was extremely nice and very clean. The pool and hot tub were both great as well.

Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed- we got in late, and at about the 4am we woke up to no heat in our room- I called the front desk and she immediately got us moved to a different room. Great service- friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!!

The hot tub was warm enough just don't understand why the jets didn't work when I put on the timer. It could use a paint job.
