Fairfield Inn & Suites Lincoln Southeast

I was staying on Friday on a company reservation and Saturday on my own. The staff member who checked us in between 10 & 10:30 Friday was very helpful and arranged so I could keep the same room both nights and not have to move my bags. She is a wonderful asset to the company.

Room was big enough, HEATER DID NOT WORK,FREEZING TEMPS, STAFF WAS ILL EQUIPPED TO DEAL WIT IT SHOWER WAS A DRIBBLE SORST ROOM EVER !!!!!!! Never again at a Marriott Fairfield

The room was very clean and updated. The staff was friendly upon check in and check out. We did not use any of the amenities or have breakfast

The rooms were clean and spacious. I left some clothes in my room 217. I called the office and talked to the lady at the front desk that afternoon, she was supposed to call me back about my clothes but never heard back from her or anyone from the hotel.

Clean ro and courteous staff. Had an issue with the window in the first room, but they immediately moved us to a new room.

When checking in, I was told no reservation found and required to show booking evidence, but still told without the confirmation number seen. In fact, I had two emails I received to prove my reservation and payment. Then, I was told someone had checked in early with my reservation information. It is hard for me to understand how and why such the situation occurred even though it was solved.

I enjoyed my stay room, hotel was clean staff friendly and helpful however I wasn’t informed that we wasn’t getting our room cleaned or fresh towels daily it’s every other day which is not terrible but no fresh towels or removing garbage is a big no but would

Stay was good enough bed was comfortable. Bathroom could have used a deep cleaning there was that pink mold growing around the shower. Breakfast was good enough. Staff at check in and at breakfast were not very friendly at all and didn't speak when my husband said hello and asked them how their day was going.

Room was nice but I was not asking for a handicap room first level close to the door. I had called the hotel a week ago and the reservation desk said they had one within 50 feet. We are on the second level and my husband struggles to walk from a recent injury. The desk clerk stated that there were no handicap rooms on the main level????
