The front desk offered a lovely fruit platter upon check-in. The breakfast on the first basement level was absolutely delicious, with so many tasty handmade options. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. There's a convenient free parking lot in the hotel's backyard for guests. The lobby also features complimentary massage chairs and game consoles for guests, and you can play billiards and ping-pong on the first basement floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very close to Gulou and Wanda Plaza, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Most importantly, the front desk service was excellent and thoughtful. I felt very comfortable during my stay.
