It was a beautiful hotel with a great view. Good for a short or long stay. Big spacious room.

Good good

The place is well located. Near the beach and the food court. It is clean and really good service. The only thing is the pool area without any place to seat so in a way you must go to the beach. That said, the beach is so clean that it is OK.

It is not an crowded place. It takes around 3,4 min from it to the great and beautiful beach. Great for the families and couples. Large and comfortable rooms, great kitchen and washing machine are the big plus from my side. Also the staff was warm and helped us with all that we needed. The local food is great. Also, there are places to visit: the Monkey island, rainforest- Waterfalls, ancient villages, etc. I have just great memories 😃

The location of the hotel was great, central to most things and close to a food court. We paid extra for breakfast but it was really not great or filling, we ended up heading to the food court for breakfast. Our booking stated that cleaning of the room and new sheets were included everyday but it did not take place. There was a bathtub which was great and also a jacuzzi on the balcony but sadly it didn’t work (no jetts/bubbles) and a lot of algae came out when filling the jacuzzi with water. The staff was helpful regarding assisting via wechat for other info.

This B&B is the worst I've ever stayed in in Hainan, no doubt about it! Firstly, there is no service, everything is self-service; secondly, there was no hot water when I took a shower at night, and I waited for a long time but still got cold water. I contacted the front desk and they said the gas was cut off due to unpaid bills. You have to wait until you find the gas card to recharge before you can get hot water. I waited for a long time but he didn't come. I urged him once and he became impatient. Boss, I'm halfway through washing, my hair is all wet, just waiting like this. Again, the room facilities are very old, and the so-called sea view room can only see the sea through a crack, blocked by the high-rise building in front.

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

When we got to the room, we found that the door could not be opened. We called the front desk and they asked us to wait for five minutes to re-enter the password. I said they could come up and help us. But no one came until we entered the room. The second one was that the lightbulb in the room we booked was broken. It was impossible for it to be dark at night. We called the front desk to ask if we could change the room type. We could pay extra money, but they refused us because we had already checked into the room and moved things in the room? We had only been in the room for less than 10 minutes when they said this on the phone. It really made me laugh. The third one, after a lot of twists and turns, I changed the room and found that the shower head didn't work when I was washing up at night. There was no hot water. I wanted to ask the front desk to help adjust it, but they called and told us to do it ourselves. I was a little angry at the time because I wanted to take a shower and rest after playing all day... The fourth and most speechless thing is here. The air conditioning system of the hotel is broken. There is only one cabinet and it makes noise at night, which really disturbs the rest. The noise is huge. Our room is relatively large and there is only one cabinet. In fact, the air conditioning is obviously a bit weak. It will be very hot when sleeping at night. There will also be unknown renovation noises in the morning, which really disturbs the rest. Overall, the hotel is close to the beach, but the hotel room facilities are quite old, and I always feel that the hygiene is not very clean. There is noise when sleeping. Next time I come to Clearwater Bay, I will not choose this hotel

We upgraded on the day of check-in and stayed for three nights. The location is good, with Clearwater Bay in front (10 minutes if you can't walk straight), and the facilities are good, but the air conditioner is a bit loud. Because it is off-season, the price is cheap, about 200 yuan per night for three nights. In short, the experience is good.

The rooms in the B&B are spacious, the bathroom is particularly large, the community environment is beautiful, and most importantly, it is very close to Qingshui Bay and not far from the food street. The hotel is very clean. Because I brought my child, the owner was very considerate to upgrade us to a sea view room. The view is super beautiful and the room is very clean. The Qingshui Bay Food Street is on the left side of the community exit, and it is very lively at night. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. The children love it ❤️
